An end-of-the-week vinyasa flow; combining breath and movement, you will flow through a sequence of poses that strengthen and stretch both your body and mind. Particular focus will be given to muscles that may have become tight over the week.
This class is suitable for all levels, providing modifications for both beginners and the more advanced.
INSTRUCTOR: HANNAH SPENCER first tried yoga when she was living abroad to calm her anxieties about being far from home. Soon, she found the mental and physical benefits to be unlike anything else.
